Hey Luvs! It's Raahema here with a post about some of my favorite healthy foods and snacks. In the past I put up another post on healthy eating, as well as one on exercise so go check those out!
Berries, Berries, Berries!
Berries, in my opinion, are delicious snacks that provide lots of nutrition! My two favorites are strawberries and blueberries, but any kind would work to keep you healthy and fit!
Yogurt!
Yogurt is also a great, healthy snack to eat. I recommend the Yoplait yogurt, but any brand is fine. Yogurt is also a wonderful substitute for Ice Cream.
Cheese!
Cheese is a wonderful and delicious way to add some dairy into your diet as long as you don't overindulge. Recently, I have been obsessed with the Babybel Cheese. This delicious snack is great to munch on between meals, and is only 50 calories!
