Hey Luvs! So I'm sure that a lot of you have made a New Years resolution to get in shape, and I have one fun, but challenging, method to help you achieve that! Today I'm going o be talking to you about Hot Yoga.
Hot yoga is like a regular yoga class, except for the fact that it is in a 95 degree room! The heat helps you sweat which in turn helps you lose weight! I recently went to a hot yoga class with my mom and it was incredibly challenging! I am a very out of shape person and it showed during the class! The class consisted of many different sequences that we repeated throughout the class. At the end we did some less tiring exercise to "cool down." You're also not supposed to eat anything two hours prior to the class, and your supposed to bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and towel to the class with you.(to wipe off your sweat lol!) The heat actually make the class a lot harder because not only are you burning but it makes you and your mat a lot sweatier which makes it harder to do some poses.
I think that Hot Yoga is the perfect way to get in shape, and I definitely recommend it!

I would L O V E to try that out but the nearest hot yoga place to me is an hour car drive away... =( Love your blog and the idea of writing it together<3 I'm so following c:
