Hey luvs, we are Mahe and Raahema. We are two cousins who, despite the geographic distance that divides us, share the same love for fashion. Between living in the Garden state, NJ and the Keystone state, PA, we come across many different people with many unique styles. We are Pakistani-Americans and while we straddle two very different cultures, we find a good balance between the two. OOTD: Eid!!!!


Hey Luvs! It's Raahema here to show you my Eid outfit! Mahe recently did an "Eid OOTD" post where she explained what Eid was so go check that out!


So because Eid is a more formal occasion, I wore a fancy "Shalwar Kamiz." A Shalwar Kamiz consists of the top (Kamiz) and the bottoms (shalwar). Mine was golden colored with pink and black as the accent colors. The Kamiz is also bordered in pink lace. For shoes, I was wearing golden colored Khussas (check out our Fashion In Another World post on them) but at that moment just slipped on some colorful flip flops. The outfit also included a "Dubata" which is a Pakistani version of a scarf but I wasn't wearing mine in the picture.
